Do I need both products?
No. They're complementary but independent. Droid is for hands-on AI coding. Little Helpers is for delegating tasks. Many users start with one and add the other later.
What do "tiers = usage" mean?
All features are available on every plan. The difference is how much you use them. Personal is for occasional tasks. Proactive covers daily scheduled work. Autonomous is for heavy, continuous automation. You're never locked out of a feature.
What's BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key. For Droid, you connect your Anthropic account (Claude Max or API key). For Little Helpers, you can optionally bring your own API key for $15/mo flat instead of usage-based pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try any plan free. If you don't add a payment method after the trial, your account pauses — no charges, no deletion. Resume anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
